Trans World Alloys is the industry leader in designing, implementing and managing effective and efficient Material Reclamation Programs. The most critical step in re-cycling metals is accurate identification and segregation of your materials.
Our “value-added” state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, T.Q.M. processes, enable us to micro manage your scrap and maximize the financial return on these materials. Trans World Alloys provides its customers with environmentally safe liquid-tight covered containers at no cost. These containers are placed at your facility to gather the scrap metals generated. As required, your materials are picked up, weighed and checked in by recycling professionals. We provide a certified weight ticket and a detailed report for each shipment received. Our metal experts inspect every shipment using all current state-of-the-art procedures. These include spark test, chemical spot testing, Niton, X-ray and Spectroscopic analysis. We accurately identify and segregate the alloys. Once sorted, we package and prepare these metals for shipment to foundries, mills and vacuum melters. The material is then converted into mill products for Trans Worlds’ extensive stock.
